Shipping Policy

Our products that are customizable are printed on demand. That means the products are not printed until after an order is placed.

From the time your order is placed and the date when you receive it, there are two processes to consider.

Fulfillment: Standard fulfillment time is 2-5 business days. Once your order has been fulfilled and left our printer's building you will receive a notification with shipping information, if applicable. Depending on the circumstances and inventory levels, it may take longer than usual.

Shipping: You have several shipping options to choose from - they can range from within 1-8 business days (1-20 for international orders) depending on the courier and level of service you select.

These two processes equal the estimated delivery time for when your order will arrive. We use the following equation to determine the estimated delivery time.

estimated fulfillment + estimated shipping = estimated delivery time

The target delivery timeframe our printing strives for is 5-8 business days.

But the estimated delivery time is just an estimate, not a guarantee.

Nonetheless, our printing partner works hard to meet our delivery estimates with each order.

Bracelets ship from our office in North Charleston. Orders will normally ship within 1 business day of the order being placed. The shipping timeframe is typically 3-6 business days.

Local Pick-up:

Bracelets are the only item that can be picked up locally at this time at our location in North Charleston, SC. Please contact us for details.

Wholesale:

Wholesale delivery time will depend on the size of the order. Contact us for wholesale information.
